I came to this site hoping for a receipe for broccoli slaw. Thus being disappointed when I didn't find one. Making it as a coleslaw receipe and adding fruit and nuts is what I did. I added cranberries, mandarine oranges, 2 different nuts, apple and mayo. It was excellent if I say so myself.

I recently transitioned to a VERY low-carb diet, and was SO excited when I found Broccoli slaw. You can cook it just like pasta, add your favorite sauces & meats, and I can hardly tell that I cut noodles from my diet! Great low-carb alternative to pastas!
