Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap
(Uses DOLE® All Natural Ultimate Caesar Kit)
Though there seems to be some dispute around its true inventor, many agree that the Caesar was first served in 1920s California as the “Aviator’s Salad,” due to its popularity with San Diego’s American airmen of the time. Speaking of air travel…as an easy, satisfying lunch or light dinner, this modern twist on the classic, creamy salad will establish the versatile tortilla as the perfect partner for eating on the fly.
1 package DOLE® All Natural Ultimate Caesar Kit, dressing divided
12 oz. grilled chicken strips (from the deli or freshly grilled)
4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
In a large bowl, combine DOLE All Natural Ultimate Caesar Kit ingredients, reserving 2 tablespoons of Dole’s Own Caesar dressing. Add chicken strips; toss well and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, lightly warm the tortillas on each side. Brush reserved dressing over one side of tortillas. Spoon chicken salad mixture down center of tortillas; roll up.
